Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our skincare and personal care products and Services to you.

  • Personal Care Use: Our products are designed for personal care and cosmetic use. Statements regarding skincare products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) unless explicitly stated. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Allergies & Patch Test: Customers are advised to carefully read product ingredients and perform a patch test before full application. EMRNE is not liable for individual adverse or allergic reactions.

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Shipping, Orders, & Cancellations

  • Shipping Territory: We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states). Please refer to our Shipping Policy for standard delivery timelines (typically 3–7 business days total).

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, you must email support@emrne.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered dispatch, it cannot be canceled and will follow our Return Policy.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Hygiene Policy

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unopened/unused items.

  • Hygiene Protection: Due to health and safety regulations surrounding personal care and skincare items, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Damaged Items: Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos to support@emrne.com.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
