Return Policy

How to Return
Contact Us
Email hello@emrne.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Pack Your Items
Place the unopened product(s) securely in their original packaging. Include your order number inside the package.
Ship It Back
Use any carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email hello@emrne.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
